IMPORTANT NOTICE!  Things to note as you look forward to your new card

Why the Change?

• The new chip technology is designed to improve a safer method of payment
• Visit Interac 's website for more information

New Card, New PIN

• A new PIN will be sent to you in a separate mailer.  You MUST use this new PIN.
• If you desire to change this new PIN, you may do so at the RCU ATM or any other Credit Union ATM.

Card Activation

• It is not necessary to visit RCU to activate your card.  Once you have received both your new card and PIN, your new card is ready for use.
• Your old card will only continue to work for a short period of time.  Please start using your new card and dispose of your old card as soon as possible.

Internet Banking Access

• You will log in with your new card number, although continue to use your old internet banking password.
