Watch for E-Statements being delivered to your Member Direct account in September 2010.
Electronic statements will deliver many benefits including being environmentally sensitive and easily accessible to members at any time. They will also allow the credit union to remain highly efficient so that we can offer members some of the best rates around.
Paper statements and cheque images will continue to be available although we will be introducing a small fee of $1 per statement in November to cover printing and postage costs of the statements.
In addition to saving the costs of paper statements, members who discontinue paper statements will automatically receive cheque images with their E-Statements at no additional cost.

Rosenort Credit Union Member Cards will soon showcase a small, gold chip. Along with other credit unions and banks across the country, we are moving to chip technology in an effort to reduce fraud and improve member security.
Rosenort Credit Union testing and initial role-out will begin in September, 2010. Members will begin seeing automatic card replacements starting in November. Watch for more information.
